We launched Pivot in 1998 with a mission to help organizations deliver meaningful experiences for real people in real world contexts. We achieve our goals by applying our Informed Design process: Discover - Design - Deliver. We believe in innovation through people-oriented design thinking.
Our process is grounded in user behaviour research, communications audits, scenario development, visualization and stakeholder interviews. Our objective is to experience your organization as your customers and clients do. Pivot is about designers understanding real people in their real world experiences. Pivot is about bringing joy through meaningful design. Pivot is about design as research.

At Pivot we believe in the tried and true design principles that exist in the industry today. We also follow a set of guiding principles about our process and one about design research.
