We can also begin a project with a different approach using our Pivot Compass™ Session we can help you see all of your options as we work with you to understand your organization as your audience sees it. This allows us to build a design strategy that is based on an understanding of how better to reach your audiences and speak to them in their environments.
Knowledge Transfer is a key part of our Deliver Phase where we ensure that at the point of hand-off we take the time to teach you how to maintain your new project. We also make sure that there is a continued line of support for the first little while to ensure Design Quality Assurance.
